Common questions

FAQ

How long does setup take?
Most leagues are publishing their first schedule within an hour. Roster import takes minutes; court reservations are a one-time setup; the AI handles the actual scheduling. Bigger orgs (100+ teams) typically spend an afternoon getting fully onboarded.
What if the AI's schedule isn't right?
Every generated schedule lands in a review screen first. Drag any game to a different time slot, court, or week. Add plain-English constraints ("Eagles can only play at 3pm") before generating, or edit individual games after. Nothing publishes until you say so.
Who owns our data, and can we export it?
You do. Roster, schedule, stats, and registration data export to CSV from the admin tools. We don't sell or rent your data, and minor personal information is access-restricted to your organization's admins and the child's parent or guardian. If you ever leave the platform, your data comes with you.
Is there a mobile app, or is this a website?
The web app is mobile-first, every page (team portal, family portal, coach portal) works on phones with proper touch targets and home-screen install. Native iOS/Android apps are on the roadmap; the web app covers all use cases today.
How do parents use it? Do they need an account?
Parents can RSVP from a tokenized email link without an account. Once they create one, they get a family page that shows every kid's games across every team, schedule, attendance, awards, and announcements consolidated in one feed. RSVPs are one tap.
What about minor data and COPPA?
Players under 13 register through a parent's household account, not directly. Parental consent is captured at registration time, and a parent can request deletion of their child's data. Minor personal information (names, dates of birth, photos, contacts) is gated by application-layer authorization on top of database row-level security.
What happens if I sign up and decide it's not a fit?
